About Me

Who Am I?

An explorer and nature enthusiast based in Munich, Germany, originally hailing from the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. My journey into the natural world began with snorkeling in the Mediterranean’s underwater realms and wandering the Catalonian fields, where I marveled at birds, mammals, and the sheer beauty of life’s diversity.

Now living in the charming town of Vaterstetten near Munich, my passion has flourished into action. From conducting my own research in the Parsdorf biotope to joining OceanMissions on Arctic expeditions, I’ve turned curiosity into contribution. I’ve had the privilege of working with local conservation groups, appearing in newspapers, giving conferences, and advocating for nature’s protection—both locally and globally.

Professionally, I’m a business intelligence analyst with a background in economics and marketing. My analytical mind helps me understand the interconnected patterns of wildlife and human activity, a perspective that shapes my approach to conservation and sustainability.

On expeditions, I’ve been moved by the breathtaking beauty of whales and seabirds in the Arctic, and disheartened by the reality of microplastics in pristine waters. These experiences have solidified my purpose: to protect and preserve the natural world and share its stories with others.

When I’m not diving into research or exploring, I’m likely birdwatching, experimenting with nature and portrait photography, or speaking (perhaps too loudly!) about my latest discoveries. My dream is to contribute to the expansion of untouched natural spaces and use my skills—be it through research, photography, or communication—to inspire others to care about our planet as much as I do.

In the end, I’m just someone trying to leave the world better than I found it—one step, snapshot, and story at a time.
